Application Engineer - Engineer - Oil - Gas - ProMax - AudoCad - API 12 - Product Development - Reports - Estimate
We are a well-known Energy company that specializes in the production of oil and gas production equipment, and we are in need of a talented Application Engineer for our Oklahoma location.

What you need for this position:
- Experience in the midstream or upstream segment of the oil and gas industry
- Understanding of application industry codes (API 12K, GPSA, NACE MR-01-75
- Solid understanding of industrial drafting standards and symbols
- Experienced in evaluation of customer specifications with ability and desire to effectively communicate directly with customers
What you'll be doing:
- Working closely with New Product Development in researching feasibility of pursuing new markets
- Constructing the appropriate technical reports and quotations utilizing various software programs (i.e., Compress, ProMax, Microsoft Office products, AudoCAD 2D)
- Communicating directly with customers as required both pre- and post-order to ensure that the scope of supply is understood by all parties
