Our client is an independent real estate investment management firm active in all property types across Europe, including Turkey. This firm provide deal origination and execution, asset management and fund management services to managed funds and qualified investors.

The team has worked successfully together for a number of years and the firm’s senior management has a long track record of successful real estate investing and management across Europe. The team has invested in over 15 countries across a range of transactions from direct single assets to private equity investments in operating companies.

The London is currently looking to expand at the Analyst/Associate level due to a fantastic year and a strong pipeline as a result of this.

This position will support the European Real Estate team in London providing analytical and research support (dependant of level) for potential transactions and actively participate in, and manage, due diligence efforts. The Analyst/Associate will also actively assist with the asset management of existing deals as directed. This will provide a combination of deal flow and property management experience in a dynamic and growing team.

This is an especially exciting opportunity for individuals at the Analyst/Associate level looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity that will allow them an extremely high level of exposure from day one. Working in small deal teams of up to 3 people. (Typically 1 Analyst, 1 Associate 1 Principle) you will be working closely with both senior individuals in the firm, with clients and also have hands on exposure to the Assets, therefore there is a high element of travel involved in this position also.

Responsibilities and Duties;

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management from a top tier undergraduate or graduate institution. 

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and demonstrated excellence in their academic and extracurricular activities;

• Fluent in English + 1 other European language.

• Strong computer and modeling skills (Excel, Word, ARGUS, PowerPoint, Access);

• Strong organizational and analytical skills;

• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral;

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team;

• Able to work under tight deadlines

• Able to manage several parallel projects.
