Leading Financial Organisation – Front Office Change / Project Manager
They are searching for someone who has experience delivering front office change projects as the successful candidate will be working on a portfolio of change projects and will be providing E2E strategies in order to delivery successful business solutions.
The projects will be mainly within business architecture, regulatory compliance, reference data and off-shoring.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business change at a financial institutions or a consultancy
- In depth understanding of the front to back trade lifecycle and the entire delivery lifecycle
- Strong communication skills to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including front office users
- A very structured Project Manager has experience outlining, scoping and managing change projects
- Wide variety of experience with a hybrid skill (IT, Business, Ops etc)
