Leading Global Technology company looking for M&A/Private Equity experienced individuals (with Industry experience), for Corporate Development VP role recruitment
The role will involve working directly with the group head of MA, advising on mergers and acquisitions and other external growth opportunities as well as corporate strategy, preparation of financial analysis material and performing business/company valuations on the large-cap scale. The team are also looking to set up a seperate investment vehicle and will be responsible for managing the portfolio hence PE / VC experience is beneficial.
The ideal candidates should possess a Engineering/Mathematical related-degree from a top University (2:1 grade or above). My client is only looking at candidates who posses industry experience within the Technology, Media or Telecommunications sectors and who have additional experience within Investment Banking / PE or VC / Strategy Consulting. The ideal canddiates should posses 6 - 10 years experiecne (post-graduation) and canddiates with an MBA from a leading institution (LBS, INSEAD, COLUMBIA, TUCK, etc) will certainly be looked upon favourably. Additional German / Spanish language skills are beneficial.
