This highly popular mid-tier building contractor has established themselves as a specialist in commercial, residential and government funded projects over the last 20-years. Their history is the envy of their competitors and they are showing no signs of slowing down with recently awarded government contracts proof that they are truly leading the pack.
With many multimillion dollar projects in the pipeline, they have a requirement for a a solid structures sub foreman/ leading hand to work on a large scale mixed use development in North Sydney. Ideally you will have experience these sectors and be motivated to assist in the success of this division.
The ideal candidate would have a proven long term track record in a similar top tier or second tier company and-
• Experience of working on commercial construction sites
• Can plan and program jobs with the Site Manager
• Can co-ordinate Subcontractors
• Work with OHS systems as part of your day to day activities
• Supervisor/ coordinating trades under direction of Site manager.
• Manage and work well with people
• Experience on High Quality finishes and structures
• Experience setting out construction works.
• Knowledge and understanding of trades and interface between them .
• Supervise and coordinate onsite direct labour.
