Leading Hand Fixed Plant Fitter Job in Mackay 4740, Queensland Australia

Our client is based in Mackay and look after Conveyor equipment Repair and Maintenance. They are currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Fitters as well as a Leading Hand Fitter to work in their Paget Workshop.

This position will be Temp to Permanent if everything works out for the right Tradesman.

Some of you daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
*Carry out tasks assigned by workshop manager
*Thinking ahead and forecasting equipment needs
*Contributing to planning and scheduling with the workshop manager
*Supervise other Fitters and TA's
*Quality Assurance and communication with sub-contractors

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Trade Certificate Fitter
*Fixed Plant Experience
*Leadership experience
