Leading M&A Utilities & Infrastructure team requires exceptional Associates
The Associate must have strong deal experience within Utilities Infrastructure, working on MA transactions. Candidates must have working knowledge of regulated assets. The team works on deals across Europe, North America and Asia.
You will immediately be assigned on live transactions and required to execute deals. The team operates a lean structure where you will be given considerable responsibility, both internally and with clients.
