Leading mid market private equity firm is looking to add an Associate. recruitment
Associates are given high levels of responsibility and participate in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, performing due diligence on, structuring, monitoring, and exiting investments. The work includes financial modeling, valuation analysis, writing internal memoranda, drafting legal documentation, managing debt providers and third party advisers, and working closely with the senior managers of portfolio companies.
Candidates should ideally have top class academics and two or more years of private equity or investment banking experience, although strong candidates with management consulting backgrounds will also be considered. Successful past Associates have exhibited strong quantitative skills, aptitude and experience with financial modeling, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and an ability to fit into a small, entrepreneurial, and highly demanding work environment. Fluency in Spanish, German or a Nordic language is highly desirable but not essential.
