Leading Vendor-Software Support Analyst recruitment
Our client is a world leading supplier of multi-asset trading platforms and solutions for top tier global investment banks. In this client facing role as a Software Support Analyst, your Duties and Responsibilities will be:
Liaise with clients to perform system health checks on the clients systems and respond to issues via phone email promptly
Troubleshoot and investigate problems being escalated
Provide high quality of support to the clients
A successful software support analyst will possess:
- Strong knowledge of shell / perl scripting , Unix and SQL
- Excellent communication skills, and Fluent in spoken and written English
- 2 years+ previous work experience in similar application support role
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines from a recognised university.
