Leading Vendor-Software Support Analyst recruitment

Our client is a world leading supplier of multi-asset trading platforms and solutions for top tier global investment banks. In this client facing role as a Software Support Analyst, your Duties and Responsibilities will be:

• Liaise with clients to perform system health checks on the clients’ systems and respond to issues via phone email promptly
• Troubleshoot and investigate problems being escalated
• Provide high quality of support to the clients

A successful software support analyst will possess:
- Strong knowledge of shell / perl scripting , Unix and SQL
- Excellent communication skills, and Fluent in spoken and written English
- 2 years+ previous work experience in similar application support role
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines from a recognised university.
