My client are looking for an experienced Lean and Kanban expert with strong training facilitation experience to join their team on a part time/ casual basis. These roles are to start immediately and run for an initial duration of 6 months and with the volume of work increasing they are likely to be extended for a longer duration.
Deliverables include:
- Equipping learners and users with the tools and methodologies to work in a leaner and smarter way
- Compare Mass Manufacturing methodologies versus Lean Thinking methodology and recognise the benefits of applying Lean Thinking
- Define and apply Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate waste in your workplace
- Apply and demonstrate Lean, value identification, waste elimination, value stream mapping, flow creation and strategic thinking in your day-to-day tasks
- Define the concepts and principles for Kanban
Equipping learners and users with the tools and methodologies to work in a leaner and smarter way
The Instructor needs to have:
- Strong experience in Lean and Kanban
- Must have experience in lean and Kanban in a non-manufacturing organisation
- Must have experience in facilitating and training groups across different levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to travel
