Our client is creating a Talent Pool to face new Lean challenges:

Main Activities:
* Implementing and supporting the Lean Methodology ('Operational Excellence') at the Production Areas.
* Improving the efficiency by fine-tuning critical production processes.
* Minimizing the waste and improving the flexibility of the organization
* Continuously Follow-up of production costs, production results and client perception of the Production Area and taking initiatives based on these data.
Day-to-day:
* Location: Brussel + at the Production Area
* Driven by: Production Area Manager (1/5) + Lean Specialist (3/5) + own responsibility (1/5)
* Functional lead: Lean Specialist
* Education specifically function related:
internal education 'tracks' via local Production Area
internal education Qlikview
Introduction SAP
Introduction Lean/ 5s/ Kaizen
Particularities
* Location: Brussel + different Production Areas (e.g. Antwerpen/ Liège/ Gent/ Kust)
* Languages: Dutch/ French/ English
