Lean Delivery Manager – Wealth Management – Permanent recruitment

Our client is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, high achiever who can work with ambiguity and act as a change agent across their organisation. This is an opportunity to become a Lean Practitioner and change the way the organisation operates. A key objective of this role is to foster and deliver process excellence across the business with a focus on embedding the philosophies and methodologies of Lean in opportunity identification, solution identification, and solution implementation.

The Lean Delivery Manager role is a high profile position that will give the successful applicants an unparalleled opportunity to grow their knowledge of the business and to drive change across the organisation. Lean Delivery Mangers will need to be flexible, outcome focussed and able to work to short, tight time frames.

The major responsibility of the role is to identify and analyse business needs, opportunities or problems. This will include scoping and justifying the need for change and defining what is required. Once solutions are identified, the Lean delivery manager, in collaboration with the Lean facilitator and Project Director, will be responsible for delivering new processes into the business using project management and Lean disciplines and working closely with business stakeholders and users.

This role will report to the Head of Process Improvement and will deliver end-to-end Lean programs.

If you are an experienced Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement practitioner with demonstrable experience in the above, please get in touch. The role is based in the Western suburbs of Sydney and will need prior financial services experience. Salary is in the c. $120K base ballpark with bonuses and additional super that should see a very achievable $150K package in the first year.
