There is an immediate opening for a Lean Manufacturing (HOS) Site Leader within the UOP business located in Mobile, Alabama !!! Honeywell ??s Performance Materials and Technologies Group is a global leader in providing customers with high-performance specialty materials, including fluorine products; specialty films and additives; advanced fibers and composites; intermediates; specialty chemicals; electronic materials and chemicals; and technologies and materials for petroleum refining. The Mobile plant site produces adsorbents and catalysts and employs approximately 350 employees. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and interface routinely with the Site Leadership Team and plant employees. Responsibilities: Leads and facilitates site HOS communication, education and training. Align activities in support of the Standard Implementation Framework (SIF), Silver and Gold maturity. Support, train, mentor and coach functional leaders in their respective organizations. Closely monitors the HOS maturity scorecards and develop actions to lead site through maturity phases. Continually challenge conventional thinking, drive accountability for site or functional results and deployment, and sustain the application of the HOS. Integrate controls related to capacity requirements planning into site standard work and role responsibilities via leader ??s standardized work. Support the Site Leadership to drive the use of Leadership Standardized Work for all leaders. Serve as a change agent with the site Leadership Team and plant employees. Support and drive continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related degree.
