The Project Lead or Project Manager, Lean will organize, lead and facilitate process improvement within manufacturing value streams. Areas to be addressed include: Operations, Quality, Materials Management, and Engineering. We are looking for someone to join our team in endeavoring to produce global solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, material delivery/replenishment, and drive quality improvements within the facility.

As an individual contributor, you will drive improvements in business performance using Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma and RPS Techniques. As a Black Belt or Lean Master, you will use proven leadership and change management skills to drive improvements. You will be required to communicate effectively through coaching and training others. Great opportunity to assert influence on cross-functional teams of people in a target rich environment.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Research, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Finance preferred).

Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in focused functional areas such as operations and/or continuous improvement.

Significant experience in all aspects of manufacturing operations (Manufacturing, Quality, and Materials).

Proven Leadership and Change Management experience in a globally focused environment.

Hands-on Project Management experience and excellent analytical skills.

Desired:

Black Belt or Lean Master certification.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.

SAP knowledge a plus.
