Lean Sigma Black Belt Opportunities (X3)

With the full support and backing of the leadership team and the board, the business is about to embark on an exciting, ambitious and transformational organisation-wide business improvement program.

In order to execute the program the organisation is looking to hire up to three high calibre Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, who are energetic, motivated and driven by delivering sustained business improvement. This is a unique career accelerating opportunity to work with C-Level executives in driving projects that will have a significant organisational impact.

You will be embedded in one of the major business units and will work closely with leadership team in driving a culture of continuous business improvement and excellence. In collaboration with the business you will be responsible prioritising the projects, scoping them and executing them on time and to budget. Working fairly autonomously, your aim is to ensure that each project delivers substantial efficiency and productivity gains and ultimately adds value to the business. Successful delivery of the projects is important as is fostering and developing a lasting culture of continuous improvement and forward thinking.

To be considered for this opportunity you must be a Qualified Lean Six Sigma black belt or equivalent. Your CV must demonstrate a track record of quantifying and articulating business problems and developing and executing business improvement project plans with successful measurable outcomes. Key traits required to excel in the role and the organisation include; an open and flexible approach, comfort with ambiguity, ability to lead and develop staff, a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes, high standards of professional pride and integrity and finally excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
