Fujitsu Consulting (Canada) Inc.'s Lean Practice is seeking to hire a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for the Calgary Region.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Support the Lean business development strategy in Calgary
- Working with the Vancouver Master Black Belt Lean Consultant to optimize the synergies with the Ontario business development workforce as well as with the other Fujitsu Canadian offices
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma activities (training, diagnosis, facilitates Kaizen and 3P workshop, and implementation support, etc.)
- Manage projects including planning, quality, budgets, deliverables, KPI's, and client relationships etc. as assigned
Capabilities and Experience:
- 8 + years of relevant experience in manufacturing, service or health sectors
- University training in Engineering or Operations Management
- 5+ years in demonstrating expertise and applied experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma projects
- Black Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience in management and consulting
- Customer oriented
- Adept at interpersonal communication and facilitation
- Excellent management and leadership capabilities
- Exhibits creativity, adaptability, resourcefulness and flexibility
- A willingness to travel
