Learning and Development Associate recruitment

The Human Resources function is comprised of a best in class team of HR professionals including Generalists, Recruiters and Compensation, Benefits and Payroll specialists. While global leadership is located in New York, there is representation around the globe to support our commitment to the importance of employee experience. This is shown by our continued investment and focus on development of initiatives for our people, driving the company forward during these challenging markets.
Key duties and responsibilities for the learning and development associate position will include but are not limited to the following:
- Completing a needs analysis across our global business groups
- Sourcing, scheduling and partnering on the implementation of externally led and internally led courses that support the identified learning needs
- Administering our Learning Management System
- Tracking and reporting on metrics (both financial and learning)
- Assisting with other development processes outside of the core “learning” initiatives (ie Mentoring Program, Promotions, etc)
