£30,000 - £40,000 p/a + Excellent Benefits Package + Market-Leading Bonus
Due to a company expansion, one of my clients – one of the oldest Asset Management institutions, and a leader in their field is now recruiting for a high calibre Learning and Development Associate. This is a high profile role within LD, working in just a team of 3 and reporting directly to the Learning and Development Manager. You will have the opportunity to implement a number of exciting new curriculums and initiatives in a friendly HR department. The organisation is known for valuing staff and offering a good company culture.
As part of this job your responsibilities will include:
Implementation and delivery of internal softer skills training
Oversight and management of Training Needs Analysis
Daily maintenance of the training portal
Creating LD budget reports
Ad hoc projects as required
For this role we are seeking someone with solid Learning and Development experience gained within Financial Services. You will posses strong academic credentials. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a must – you must be confident delivering training to various stakeholders.
