Learning and Development Management Consultant AMSTERDAM

With our growth plans, looking to treble in size, we require a fluent Dutch and English speaking Learning and Development consultant who is looking to expand his or her career.

The successful candidate will be delivering SThree Core training programmes to Management and Support Services by demonstrating a sound knowledge of SThree, its operational structure, objectives, values, and behaviours.

You will be required to provide effective training, coaching and development solutions to all SThree Management and Support Services Teams by:

* Delivering approximately 80% of this training in a global SThree classroom environment, VC or Webex enviroment
* Assisting the Design team in the development of new training products
* Providing follow-up support for delegates on-site and over the phone
* Supporting the centralised Operations team in course administration
* Adapting delivery to ensure consistent standard of delegate experience
as per SThree competencies and behaviours per SThree

* Contributing to the effective evaluation of all training delivered*

The successful candidate will have experience of:

* Has experience of delivering classroom-based, VC and Webex Training Programmes
* Ability to build rapport and demonstrate credibility in the classroom with delegates and the business
* Ability and experience in providing management training
* Experience of the full training cycle
* Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
* Speaks fluent English and Dutch
