Position Description

Benchmark Learning is seeking an individual interested in becoming a Learning Architect. This position is responsible for the overall success of assigned curriculum development projects. The Learning Architect will collaborate with clients to develop the charter, scope and timeline for projects. This position will also develop learning content, which may include curriculum, computer-based training content, voice-over scripts, and content prototypes with a variety of subject matter experts and a client-assigned project owner. The Learning Architect will collaborate throughout the development process with a Learning Consultant Designer as well as create content which may be computer-based training product (CBT), instructor-led training (ILT) or other deliverable formats. This role will be co-located at the client site approximately 60% and at the Benchmark Learning offices 40%.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Communications or related field of study required

- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Project Management

- Strong written communication and technical writing skills

- Must have portfolio displaying samples of writing and work
