Our client in the financial services sector seeks an experienced Learning Development Lead to head up the L D stream on a large program which is critical to the future of their business.
Key Criteria:
- Strong experience in similar roles on large programs/projects of work
- Strong planning, organisation and execution skills - including managing work delivered by a BAU team (i.e. those not reporting directly to the program)
- Content and instructional design
- Designing technical on-line training environments
- Wealth management/platform experience (Distribution/Ops/Adviser Training)
