Learning & Development Manager
Are you an experienced and talented Learning Development Manager capable of operating within a new culture and at senior levels? Do you have experience of Kirk Patrick ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and are up to date with the latest tools, trends technologies within Learning Development?
A graduate and looking for a new challenge you will join a major global player working on a long term contract within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver services within a sometimes political environment. You will have responsibility for all LD onsite managing TEFL teachers and admin staff whilst delivering leadership, management development and soft skills training.
You will receive a tax free salary, free accommodation within a luxury western compound, free travel, domestic services, 60 days holiday and free lights. Salaries are tax free, you will be able to save the vast majority of this as the vast majority of your living costs will be provided.
