This global manufacturing business are a leader in their field and are committed to developing a high performance workforce. To achieve this, they are looking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to implement learning solutions.
You will offer blended learning solutions across a range of areas including induction, sales, technical and soft skills. Initially undertaking a full training needs analysis across a number of sites, you will then develop existing and design new materials inline with specific cultural requirements. You will utilise your extensive experience in blended learning and will demonstrate a range of styles to include face to face facilitation and E-learning.
You will take an autonomous approach whilst having global support in this role and will have ongoing opportunities for personal development.
