Lease Accountant recruitment
A key client is seeking an experience Regional Lease Accountant to be working as part of their regional finance team in providing solid technical accounting advice in lease accounting. The business is aggressively expanding as it is looking for the right incumbent to grow together with the business giving room for future prospect.
Reporting directly to the Regional Financial Controller, the professional will be providing technical support and process guidance on all the business’ leases within the region. You would need to be meticulous in ensuring all leases are accurately recorded and accounted for. You will play a vital role in the business in maintain strong liaison between business units and ensuring full SOX compliant.
To be short-listed for this role, this incumbent must have strong exposure in supply chain and procurement as well as strong finance acumen, possessing sound local and USGAAP lease knowledge with excellent analytical skills and operates well within teams. Good communication skills and excel skills are pre-requisites and must be open to travel within the region. You should ideally be a qualified accountant (CPA) and possess at least 5 years in lease accounting in a supply chain and procurement working environment within a reputable MNC.
