Lease and Fleet Management Analyst
Job Summary:
My client is looking for a candidate who has been experience in the SERVICE industry working on the procurement side of operations to assist the sales and field personnel.
Role will include: performing data analysis, managing procurement metrics, serving as E-Procurement administrator, solving day to day issues and working on different projects, and further structuring and optimizing the supply chain by analyzing, evaluating and detecting improvement potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing office leases for over 150 local offices from Corporate.
- Manage a large volume of fleet vehicles.
- Review contracts to ensure terminology is consistent with company goals and objectives.
- Assist branch operations with purchasing related issues.
- Evaluate and implement e-commerce solutions to enhance procurement efficiencies as feasible.
- Develop/Identify metrics, tools and processes used to evaluate and upgrade procurement functions through systematized and scalable processes.
- Effectively promote process change.
- Perform compliance and tracking audits in multiple product categories to minimize spend and maximize compliance to company policies.
- Assist accounting department in billing discrepancies, as well as work to consolidate vendors.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions to procurement system issues as it relates to flow of information and spend decisions.
- Perform P-card administrative related duties.
- Ability to adapt to an EDI environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 3 - 5 years procurement experience, but prefer Associates Degree.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, high level of integrity, ingenuity and initiative. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and flexibility to work hours needed to meet deadlines is critical for this position
- High level of Excel proficiency is required (Excel Version 2007 preferred)
- Must be able to work in a team, recognize problems and offer potential solutions
- Possess a high level of analytical skills with an ability to interpret results
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Travel:
- Domestic travel not to exceed 10%
