(NYSE: NC), is accepting applications for its Bismarck, North Dakota, Land Office location for: LEASE PAYMENT TECHNICIAN The successful candidate ensures compliance with the terms and conditions of surface and coal leases and all property agreements, including lease and royalty payments and general maintenance in accordance with company procedures. Excellent accounting and mathematical skills, comprehension, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills are required. This position requires proficiency in the use of computerized applications, including data base, word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail. Knowledge of computer-aided design software, land descriptions, and lease terminology is preferred. A four-year college degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, is required.
