Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, Multi-family Real Estate Investment firm for a Leasing Consultant. Madison Apartment Group, L.P. (“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US.
This team leader member will be accountable for the overall sales and marketing of Madison @ Alderwood Park located in Lynnewood, WA.
The Leasing Contulant must be a high school graduate with an aptitude for basic office procedures. Knowledge of bookkeeping skills helpful. Previous experience with real estate, sales, retail and other service related industries is helpful. Must have excellent verbal and written and interpersonal skills. This community consists of 188 units.
