We are currently seeking a leasing professional/marketing representatives with strong verbal and written skills for a tax credit community in Beaufort, South Carolina. This is a high profile entry level position with substantial responsibility. In this job you will work hard and learn fast. You will need excellent written and verbal communications and bring high energy to the work environment. The job has profit and loss responsibility and you will have authority to administer management approved rental and marketing programs. We will want your input too and we expect you to generate some solid ideas for improving profitability.
Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in business, marketing or related field.
