Leasing Project Accountant recruitment
An amazing opportunity to join a leading bank in the UK has arisen. This role sits in the Structured Corporate Finance business who assist in providing funding solutions within Acquisition Finance to support the acquisition of a variety of assets. Products include structured leasing, debt products and project finance. The business are currently looking at ways to reduce exposure that have been identified as toxic to the business and to initiate the removal of these assets an experienced leasing accountant is required.
You will be responsible for liaising with relevant finance and business colleagues to ensure all complexities relating to each leasing transactions are captured accurately, supporting the development of a data repository to contain the detailed financial components of the lease portfolio and improvement of the current ALFA system.
It is essential you have previously worked in a leasing environment and have a good understanding of ALFA or CLASSIC leaving software. It would also be helpful if you have an understanding of structured products. My client has also expressed an interest in meeting with structured credit product controllers as well as qualified leasing accountants.
