Apartment Services is seeking highly motivated, dynamic individuals with great customer service skills for Leasing Representative positions at properties located throughout the Baltimore region.
This is an entry level position that includes an excellent training program for this specialized position.
Duties include:
· Greet all visitors and show the model and/or vacant unit.
· Complete guest cards for all visitors
· Complete lease applications for all applicants.
· Receive and refer all service requests and other issues from residents as appropriate.
· Inspects complete rental units to ensure move-in quality.
· Follow up with prospective residents
· Understands and adheres to Equal/Fair Housing Laws.
Leasing, sales and/or customer service, administrative or office experience desirable. Intermediate computer knowledge and skills required. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule; reliable transportation required.
