Leasing Representative

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Major shopping center development company based in S. California since 1975. Company builds new, leases and manages shopping centers into successful and exciting centers by increasing occupancy, renovating and bringing more shoppers to the stores.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Drive assigned specific commercial streets and visit potential storeowners to market the company’s available retail spaces as potential new store locations and lease office spaces.
  2. Cold call potential tenants to lease available offices retail store locations in assigned areas
  3. Follow-up leads and potential tenants’ deals until signed.
  4. Show space, when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Sales ability a must. Sales experience helpful. (Retail or business account development).
  2. College degree preferred (B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, etc.).  
  3. Highly energetic aggressive self-starter.
  4. Strong interest in commercial real estate leasing.
  5. Familiar with the Inland Empire (San Bernardino/Riverside) and Los Angeles (San Fernando Valley/San Gabriel Valley/Highland Park) areas
  6. Have own car.
  7. Bilingual a plus.

TYPE:             Full time. Will consider entry-level with very strong sales background.

SALARY         DOE.  Company offers benefits package. Performance bonus also available

 

HOURS:         Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30 pm (sometimes longer days or weekend).

 

LOCATION:   Main office in Los Angeles  

Shopping center site locations around San Bernardino, Riverside Los Angeles counties
