Legal Administrator Job in Plymouth, South West Uk
My client is looking to appoint an experienced new claims administrator to provide frontline customer service and administration. The duties will include handling new claim enquiries and gathering the required information to qualify potential new cases before handing them over to the appropriate solicitor.
The successful candidate will need to posses excellent customer service skills together with fast and accurate IT skills and the ability to learn quickly within a legal environment. The position would suit candidates with previous experience within a legal environment or a fast paced customer service telephone role.
The hours of work are 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday and this is an excellent opportunity to join a high calibre legal firm with potential career progression.
