LEGAL ADVISOR recruitment
We are looking for a qualified Lawyer, preferably with financial services experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, amendment and follow-up of legal agreements with clients and service providers.
- Assist with the implementation of ad-hoc projects and participate in project teams as identified.
- Identify and analyse new legislation and consultative papers and proactively propose and implement solutions as necessary.
Core Skills:
- Experience of negotiating legal contracts.
- Experience of UCITS funds and other fund vehicles would be advantageous.
- Ability to make sound judgements with strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels and the ability to impact and influence both internally and externally.
- The ability to deliver high quality results in advance of deadlines with a proactive and positive approach, as well as accuracy/attention to detail.
Core Requirements:
- Applicants will be legally qualified, with a minimum of five years post-qualification experience.
- Experience of financial services, either in industry or private practice, would be preferable.
