Legal and Compliance Director recruitment
This is an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a qualified lawyer to step into a varied role in a dynamic and demanding environment.
The role will work very closely with the partners of the business on the following areas :
- Legal work around client agreements and transactions the partners undertake
- Taking control of the relationships with the FSA and other regulators
- Strong knowledge and opinion on the eligibility rules for UCITS type funds
- Taking ownership of dealing with KTC and AML processes for new private clients
Our client is looking for a qualified lawyer with 5 plus years of experience who has experience and exposure of working inhouse in a legal/compliance role ideally have some exposure of the private client sector.
This role would suit someone looking for the ownerhip and leadership opportunity working alongside entrepreneurial partners.
