Busy Hackensack firm concentrating practice on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases seeks a legal assistant.

Knowledge of Word required.

Responsibilities include typing and preparing documents and correspondence, including transcription of dictation. 

Must be well organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and work well with others as a team.

Must have excellent communication skill and be comfortable with telephone contact with client’s, insurance companies, and attorneys.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an administrative assistant in a legal setting.
