Legal Assistant recruitment
In this position, you will provide essential support to the Wealth Planners by ensuring the smooth running and correct procedure of all legal and compliance processes. This will involve managing regulatory documentation, updating the publication of policies and liaising with external contacts and prospective clients. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include assisting senior management with managing agendas, arranging meetings and handling telephone enquiries.
The successful candidate should have gained sound professional experience as a Legal Assistant either within a Law firm or Private Bank. Additionally, you should demonstrate outstanding organisation and multi-tasking abilities. Mother tongue English is required with the addition of German offering a distinct advantage.
