Legal Assistant recruitment

In this position, you will provide essential support to the Legal and Compliance business lines by ensuring the smooth running and correct procedure of legal and compliance processes. This will involve managing regulatory documentation, updating the publication of policies and preparing compliance reports. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include supporting the head of department and the department with managing agendas, arranging meetings and handling telephone enquiries.

The successful candidate should have gained sound professional experience as an Assistant within the Legal, Compliance or Financial sector. A paralegal qualification would be an asset. Additionally, you should demonstrate outstanding organisation and multi-tasking abilities. Furthermore, fluency in English and German is required.
