Legal Associate (Global Legal)
Our client is a leading consultancy firm based in Japan, with more than 2000 employees and established presence in more than 10 countries across Asia, Europe, and North America. As a global consultancy firm in Asia, it has a vision of becoming a top brand both regionally and globally. In order to achieve this vision, the company wants to solidify the structure and function of its legal department.
The legal department is seeking a legal staff to join their growing business. You will be involved in commercial transactions as well as foreign and domestic legal affairs. You will be drafting both English and Japanese contracts. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your in-house legal skills and develop a steady legal future with a stable company.
You should have at least 3 years of in-house experience, especially in contract drafting. You should have experience drafting both English and Japanese contracts, as this will be a part of your daily tasks. A legal education is preferred but not required. Personality-wise, you need to be highly motivated, proactive, and passionate to learn.
