Legal Billing Assistant recruitment

Our client, a top 20 law firm, are currently recruiting for a Legal Billing Assistant on a fixed term contract basis. You will be reporting into the Billing Manager and main duties will include:

*Updating and creating new records on internal database
*Processing and thorough checking of all bills
*Photocopying and filing of paperwork
*Communication with internal colleagues to fulfil bill requests
*Processing and dispatching reminder letters to clients
*Carrying out internal checks daily
*Request bills filed off site

The successful candidate will need to have SOME LEGAL EXPERIENCE (and/or be a legal graduate) either within another junior billing role or legal administrative role. As you will be dealing with Partners and Fee Earners on a daily basis, candidates must be extremely well presented, have clear communication skills as well as prove to be highly organised and professional.
