Legal Cashier Job in York YO102NB, Yorkshire UK
A well known law firm is currently looking to recruit a legal cashier to join their expanding finance team.
You will be responsible for processing client files, cheque handling and banking, reconciliations of all transactions and ensuring that the purchase ledger and petty cash are maintained.
The role will also involve maintaining central registers and will involve opening and closing accounts. You will also be responsible for adhering to solicitor accounts rules.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a similar role within a legal firm. You will have excellent customer service skills and should be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
