Legal & Compliance Advisor / Project Manager recruitment

Your responsibilities will therefore include, but are not limited to:

•     Manage a series of regional/global projects of varying risk with moderately aggressive timelines. Project duration will on average span 16 to 18 months

•     Identify, engage and manage all key stakeholders in compliance and business areas

•     Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the project

•     Define project scope and create project plans while assuming responsibility for ensuring that assigned projects are developed and implemented according to Group and department standards

•     Produce effective progress reports for assigned projects to keep management appraised of project status, major risks and issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievement or failures

Our ideal candidate must have the following background and abilities:

•     Swiss qualified lawyer

•     Sound understanding of financial services industry and Private Wealth Management .

•     Strong project management skills, including the understanding and use of project management methodology.

•     Substantial experience and understanding of the regulatory environment locally and where applicable overseas.

•     Excellent communication and influencing skills (written and oral).

•     English, French and/or German as a minimum.
