Legal Counsel – 5/10 Year PQE – Highly reputable Listed Corporation – Travel required recruitment
Reports to the GC, you will work with another experienced legal counsel and focusing on provide legal services of merger and acquisition projects.
You will advise, drafting and reviewing documents and agreements related to MA, joint ventures and strategic alliances. You will also be responsible for providing day to day legal support for the business and other department. You should also be involved in other general corporate and corporate secretary work when required.
Desired Skills:
• Admitted to Singapore Bar
• Around 5-10 years of Legal experience with solid experience in MA related work either from law firm or in-house position
• Regional exposure experience will be a plus
• Traveling required (10-15% of the time)
• Team Player, attention to details
