Legal Counsel – Corporate Banking & Finance recruitment
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Finance lawyer to join a leading global bank which has been growing from strength to strength in Asia Pacific over the years. In line with their growth plans, they are seeking a Junior-Mid level Legal Counsel to join their regional legal team.
This role will be based in Singapore, with a reporting line into the Head of Legal. Working closely with the Business, you will be running transactions independently – as well as reviewing and negotiating term sheets, mandate letters, loan and related security documentation.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience gained from the Corporate/Banking department of a top tier law firm or in-house with a top organization within the financial services industry; and be called to the Bar in a common law jurisdiction.
