LEGAL COUNSEL – Manufacturing MNC recruitment
Our client is a multi-expert designer, manufacturer and servicer with offices and manufacturing plants spread across the globe. This company has more than 7000 employees globally.
Job Description:
- Drafting and managing contract documents to support global sales offerings.
- Act as focal point to coordinate input from other organizations during the sales process
- Generate and manage proposal and contract documents in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, and ensure that proposal and contract documents properly reflect company business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures related to document preparation and approval and communication of department and company business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- LLB with 4-7 years experience in proposal drafting, contract negotiation and contract administration.
- Singapore qualified lawyer would be advantageous
- Dynamic personality as the role requires significant interpersonal interaction.
- Strong document drafting skills, and an understanding of legal issues.
- Good project management skills in order to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Task oriented
