Legal Counsel (4-8yrs PQE – Corporate Finance/ M&A) recruitment
• Lead the development of legal finance solutions with local and international stakeholders
• Review of the rules and regulations for MA on an on-going basis to update them in the light of market developments and international trends.
• Support finance activities including asset based financing transactions
• Review, draft and negotiate finance documentation including term sheets, facility agreements and security documents
Job Requirement:
• Around 4-8 years of PQE experience with solid experience in MA
• Regional exposure experience will be a plus
