Legal Counsel 6 Months Contract, Zurich recruitment
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be joining a team of Lawyers who are responsible for all legal responsibilities for the creation, operation and liquidation of Swiss Luxembourg Investment Funds. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- With regard to investment funds domiciled in Switzerland Luxembourg, you will be preparing and reviewing all necessary legal documentation
- Involvement in projects that are fund specific, collaborating with both internal and external clients and customers
- Main contact point for various custodian banks
- Negotiate and prepare contracts e.g. investment manager contracts, cooperation agreements, ISDA/OTC Agreements
The successful candidate should hold the following skills and qualifications:
-Legal Studies (Masters level)
-A solid understanding of Contract Administrative Law
-Investment Fund Law and experience within a financial environment
-An in depth understanding of financial instruments
-Excellent command of both German English (spoken and written)
