Legal Counsel / Common Law qualified German speaker recruitment
In this challenging and demanding position, your main duties will encompass:
- Providing legal advice related to private banking at a Group level to both senior management and business divisions
- Advising and managing client complaints, litigation matters and enforcement issues
- Liaising with relevant functions across the bank and participating in various projects
- Drafting, negotiating and examining agreements and contracts
The ideal candidate is a Swiss or Common Law qualified lawyer who brings along 3 - 5 years of working experience within a reputable Law Firm or in an in-house banking position. Fluency in English and German is a must; any other language would be an advantage.
