Your new duties and responsibilities
The lawyers of its small Munich based legal team work closely together with the firm's investment managers on German and international transactions.
- Review and negotiation of legal documentation for private equity fund investments in close cooperation with our global investment teams
- General legal MA advice in particular in connection with private equity co-investments
- General corporate legal matters
Required qualifications and experience
- First and second state examination in law with honors („Prädikatsexamen“) or equivalent excellent foreign degree/qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in legal department or law firm
- Very good command of German and English
- Good analytical skills
- High accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- High sense of responsibility, level of initiative and customer focus
- Good team player and good communication skills
