Legal Counsel - Investments Insurance
- HK$83,000 to HK$110,000 HKD + Bonus
- Global company offering security and development across Asia (not just Hong Kong)
- Hong Kong location, Regional duties
Can you speak, read and write both English and Chinese?
Do you want to be in a company that is set on expansion here in Asia?
Do you want a remuneration package higher than the one you currently receive?
If yes, here are a selection of duties to be expected:
- Provide legal advice to the group, here you will utilise your product knowledge across Life, Investments and General Insurance
- Experience with MPF, Unit Trusts and Bancassurance highly desirable
- Diagnose and offer solutions to dispute related matters from distributors and client complaints
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal risks across the group
You will have:
- PQE level, 5 - 8
- Strong knowledge of HK law essential
- In-depth knowledge of Investment / Insurance products essential
- Strong understanding and awareness of regulatory challenges highly desirable
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills essential
