About the Role:
* Compliance, risk, commercial contracts, procurement, governance, market sign-offs and regulatory matters
* Negotiation, advice and drafting
* Engage external providers and manage key external relationships
* Medium sized team
* High level of autonomy
* Work across all business units
* Some local travel involved
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years PAE, preferably within a similar organisation or a reputable firm
* Broad commercial exposure
* Procurement, contracts, resources and project experience preferred
* Strong drafting and communication skills
